A Family. A Farm.
A Century in Kentucky.
The story behind the silks.

The Early Years
The McCauley name took root in the Bluegrass long before the Derby was televised. Generations of horsemen, working dawn-to-dark on a working farm, choosing breeding pairs by feel and conformation as much as by pedigree page. The foundation was laid in barn lights and in the cool morning fog of central Kentucky.

Building the Program
Tevis McCauley turned that foundation into a training program. Decades on the backside, claimed horses turning into stakes winners, a reputation built one shed-row conversation at a time. Trainers know trainers; bloodstock men remember favors. By the time Tevis had his own barn, the network was already there.

The Wins
Over the past two decades, McCauley-trained horses have won at every major Kentucky venue. Gave Away Power at Churchill Downs. Sing Sing Cindrela at Keeneland. Grace for Grace at Kentucky Downs. The list keeps growing — and so does the depth of the program behind it.

The Next Generation
Nathan McCauley walks the Keeneland sales pavilion the way his father walked the shed-row. Same eye. Same patience. A modern bloodstock strategy built on the relationships, the conformation work, and the long view that have defined the family for a century.
Why we're opening the gate.
For a century, McCauley horses have been owned by a small circle of insiders. We're changing that — not because the sport needs to be diluted, but because it deserves more people who love it. EquityTurf is how we invite the next generation of owners into the winner's circle.
